We are a group of traditional folk musicians called Russindalens Spelman that want to spread the joy of music and dance. In our music you'll meet a variety of happy and dance friendly music from different parts of Sweden. For us, playing is a lot about joy and this seems to reach through to the audience. Dancers keep telling us that the energy and rythm makes it easy to dance. We like that! For us it is about creating happy moments with our dancing and listening audience. The group has been invited to perform at many folk dance venues and music festivals including the Nordlek Scandinavian Dance Festival. We were also proudly invited to perform at the Teramo Happening Culturale Internazionale in July 2008.
